Place one whole-wheat tortilla (the Buenatural organic 13 oz ones we carry are light and nearly melt in your mouth when warmed up) in pan and warm up the first side. Turn tortilla over and spread cheese our over whole tortilla. Cut open avocado and remove seed then squish each half onto the tortilla. Put a dash of white pepper & salt over the avocado.
