Cucumber Sammy





When I think of Cucumber Sandwiches I envision a warm day in Manhattan seated at one of those exclusive outdoor cafes 

laughing with my friends as we watch the throngs of people hurry by. 

You would pay a hefty price for that sandwich in New York, but you can treat yourself to the same delicacy. 



Just be sure to sit in the sun and smile while you eat it.







Mediterranean cucumber sliced thin.

Organic butter

Salt

White pepper

Your favorite bread with crust cut off or your favorite tortilla cut into quarters 



Lightly butter the bread, this is the English Tea sandwich variety, place cucumbers on the buttered bread, 

salt and dust with powdered white pepper. 



Sit in the sun, pick up a quarter of your sandwich, raise your pinky finger so it sticks out, 

close your eyes and dream of a New York café…..
