Use File/Print from your browser menu to print. Use your favorite pie crust recipe or just buy frozen pie crust. This is the best peach pie filling I have ever made and it is *so* easy!   3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of butter 2 teaspoons of cinnamon   Mix together sugar, four, cream and salt. Into another bowl, slice peaches, sprinkle with dashes of lemon and salt and place in unbaked pie crust. Pour other ingredients over peaches, dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then lower oven to 300 degrees and bake 50 minutes longer. Pie will still look bubbly when done. Let cool before cutting.
